Silly Competition
Be a Part of our Hi-Low Knockout Tournament
Because we like watching dancers test their skills and show off, we will be having a 16 couple hi-low knockout tournament Saturday night! It will be the most serious flamingo and cheese inspired competition you ever did see.
Open to all Saturday attendees, of all levels, you may enter in the role of your choice. Role switching is not permitted. Dancers will be randomly paired with a partner at the opposite level as themselves and will dance one-on-one against another couple in the bracket. The winning couple will advance to the next round in the competition and the final rounds will come with some fun and silly challenges before a winner is crowned and awarded cheese!
To enter the random draw, simply sign up at our on-site registration table and list your preferred role and competitive level. 8 high leads and 8 high follows will be selected and randomly paired with our 8 low leads and 8 low follows. Dancers will compete in the couple vs couple format until a winner is crowned.
High level dancers for the weekend will be defined by WSDC ranked Intermediate, Advanced, and All-Star dancers, or Level 4 dancers.
